July Vacations

 Our big vacations in July were going to California to visit my parents and our Lewis family reunion in Garden Valley, Idaho. I didn't take enough pictures, but here are some of the ones I did get. These first ones are all in my parents' back yard.

 Mikey and Ginny had lots of fun swimming in Grandma and Grandpa's lion swimming pool (inflatable kid pool with an inflatable lion's head and tail at opposite ends).

 Here's Ginny eating a chocolate chip cookie that Grandma made. I'd say by the look on her face she was enjoying it.

 Grandpa was pushing Mikey on the swing and pretending to be scared that Mikey would kick him, then running out of the way really quickly. Mikey was belly laughing! It was pretty fun to watch.

 Mikey had a blast running around with his cousins. He is one of the youngest cousins on the Lewis side so he has a lot of kids looking out for him. They gave him rides in the raft for hours when we were at the beach!

 And back home -- I found Mikey giving himself and Ginny matching bubble beards. Ha ha.

We love this little girl. She melts our hearts. She's 10 months now and I'm finally going to take her in for her 9 month checkup this week. Poor second child, you get the shaft sometimes.
