For those of you just joining us, here is what Kevin and I have been up to for the past several months (during the few weeks we were fortunate enough to be together, that is...)

  • Hiking in Sedona, AZ
  • Hiking and camping in The Grand Canyon with France (Kevin's roommate) and Lindsay (France's now fiance!)
  • Ventana Canyon and Nate's house (Kevin's cousin/best friend) - Tucson, AZ
  • Birdwatching and having a blast at the Sonora Desert Museum - AZ
  • Chiricahua National Monument with Nate - AZ
  • More birdwatching
  • Parting ways at the Phoenix airport after the best Spring Break ever :'(
  • LOTS of DRIVING
  • Kevin's house and VCU campus - Richmond, VA
  • Visiting friends, monuments, France/Lindsay's engagement - Washington, DC
  • Meeting Steve and Scott's (Kevin's brothers) families - VA
  • LOTS MORE DRIVING
  • Staying at Vern and Cheryl's house (Kevin's parents) and meeting Natalie (his sister) and her family - West Jordan, UT
  • Throw in a little more birdwatching
  • Ring shopping (yes!) - Cedar City, UT
  • Almost running over 50+ rabbits in the car on the way to...
  • Camping and hiking in Capitol Reef National Park - UT
  • Driving while birdwatching
  • Temple Square - Salt Lake City, UT
  • Visiting Tanner and Autumn (my brother and sister-in-law) - Logan, UT
  • Hanging out at my apartment, checking out my office, and lots of fishing for Kevin - Butte, MT
  • Saying goodbye again as Kevin headed back to Richmond for school and I stayed in Butte
  • Still birdwatching, but now I just don't know what birds I'm looking at :)

LOVE it! thanks for the pat on the back, I would have definitely made the effort to get to Richmond earlier if I'd had any idea...you're blog is defnitely entertaining, not quite as good as having you around, but it helps. Kim and I are going into Jamie withdrawals lately, so this next countdown makes us both very happy :) Hopefully I'll be in town.
