I think this was two days before Father's Day. We were in Utah, so we set aside some time to take our nephew (Mikey's cousin) Sam on a hike. Duncan and Liz had some time off too, so we asked them to join in the fun.
They were more than happy to oblige, and got a kick out of spending time with their favorite nephew.
It was beautiful and green up there! We made it to the almost-summit before hunger and tired legs encouraged us to turn around. Then we all ate at Apollo Burger. Something about red meat after a long hike is so satisfying. Mikey loved the hike, by the way. He took turns riding with Kevin and Uncle Duncle. Thanks, guys! We had a blast.
