Note to self: Cornbread is probably one of the messiest foods you can feed to Mikey. There were cornbread crumbs in his neck, his diaper, his ears, and in every crack of the high chair, but it made for really cute pictures!
This is how Mikey fell asleep one time. When we go to get him from his crib, we often hear muffled cries and we walk in to find him with his forehead/face buried in the mattress, his butt sticking up in the air, and his feet on the mattress with his legs extended. We have a yoga baby, what can I say? He has mastered the position of down dog.
In other news, we finally got topsoil for our yard. The soil that was already in our lot has WAY too much salt content for anything to grow, especially grass. So we had 10 cubic yards delivered to our house and dispersed it all with our own four hands. Shovel, wheelbarrow, rake. Sore muscles.
The almost finished product... See Mikey's high chair in the driveway/garage? He was watching us again, and eating Cheerios. He said we did alright.

You do have quite the cute penguin on your hands. Since he had no interest in eating the candy, just listening to the wrappers crinkle, you know what to get him for Christmas now! Lots of paper and wrappers and such!

Jamie you are a rockstart! I love the Halloween costume! It was so awesome! I am so happy to see posts... I get so sad that I've never met little Mikey in person. He's such a handsome little guy! Miss you :0)
